Not me. I’m a loner group. I also haven’t had my margins twiddled with in the settings panel. Oo err.
Backend margins
By not setting a margin I inherit the default global 24px top margin in the backend.

If you change the margin in the backend settings panel you’ll see this reflected, but the default value you can specify for the frontend isn’t shown.
Frontend margins
You can set a default values for the frontend in theme.json.
