Helping people with heart disease live independent and active lives.
The Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation Program encourages lifestyle changes that may reduce further risk of heart problems. It is a very important part of recovery from heart attack, angina, balloon angioplasty or heart surgery.
There are two groups held at Frankston Community Health on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and one group at Rosebud Community Health on Wednesday mornings. The groups combine supervised exercise with heart information sessions.
